GiverImpact does not guarantee campaign success, fundraising results, or donor outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, design elements, logos, graphics, software, and platform content are owned by GiverImpact and protected by intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload, but grant GiverImpact permission to display and distribute that content as necessary for platform functionality.

8. Privacy and Security
